Brunello “Poggio Severo” DOCG

The new Brunello di Montalcino by Lisini, making its debut with the 2021 vintage, hails from the estate’s highest vineyards at 520 meters a.s.l.- a curated selection of exceptional grapes from a truly unique terroir.
Spanning roughly 1.6 hectars, the Vineyard is nestled within a dense woodland. This natural amphitheater creates a distinct, exclusive microclimate: cooler, drier and gently tempered by see breezes from Maremma coast.
Poggio Severo is a magnificient expression of Sangiovese. To guarantee uncompromised quality, it’s produced in limited edition and only in top vintages.
The wine ages for 36 months in large Slavonian oak casks followed by 6 to 8 months of refinement in bottle.
